🏠 Interior Spraying Preparation Guide
Simple preparation steps to help ensure a safe and effective interior pest treatment.
What areas are treated during an interior spray?
Treatments are typically applied to skirting boards, corners, cracks, entry points, behind appliances, and other areas where pests commonly travel or hide. We focus on targeted applications designed to minimise disruption while maximising effectiveness.
Do I need to move furniture?
Where possible, please move small items and furniture slightly away from walls to allow access to skirting boards and treatment areas. This helps us achieve better coverage throughout the home.
What should I do with food and personal items?
Please cover or store away exposed food, dishes, utensils, pet food, and pet bowls before treatment. Toothbrushes, cups, children’s toys, and any items that may go directly into the mouth should also be removed or covered as a precaution.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use professional products applied according to strict safety guidelines. For safety, children and pets should remain out of treated areas until the spray has fully dried.
Should I advise you about pets, fish tanks, or freshly painted areas?
Absolutely. Please let us know about any pets, birds, reptiles, aquariums, or freshly painted surfaces before treatment begins. Fish tanks should be covered and air pumps turned off during application where possible.
How long before we can re-enter treated areas?
In most cases, treated areas can be safely re-entered once the application has completely dried. Drying times may vary depending on ventilation and weather conditions.
Should I clean after the treatment?
We recommend avoiding heavy cleaning of treated skirting boards and corners for several days after treatment so the product can continue working effectively.
Our treatments are designed to safely target pest activity while helping protect your family, pets, and home environment.
